That's been covered several times in the thread. Like Phantom says, somewhere around v0.10 iOtero decided suddenly to remove them. Nobody knows why. Maybe he got scared of the law. Maybe he was shamed by an acquaintance who found out. Personally, I think it's to do with a relatively recent SubscribeStar scare (where pages weren't accepting payments or something, seemingly affecting loli/shota pages only); it's also possible Itch.io took issue and warned him. Whatever it was, though, I doubt we'll ever find out the reason for sure.

These was good Till the dev did all the changes to the characters now most of them just look sick.

I think I do not get it. This seems like a very specific type of fantasy and its kind of lame to me when it goes into all of these details about business stuff. On the subject of the girls, they act very similar although they look different. An odd thing I noticed as I started skipping through is that there are a lot of repeated poses over and over like the one where the girl will stand with her hands on her hips, like the same angle and the same pose for different characters or even the same characters in different scenes over the course of the game. It made me think I was seeing repeats but they would usually have different outfits or something. Maybe they used like a pose library instead of manuallly posing the models in each scene.

There are no loli in the [Final] version. There is not even a single slender girl or a girl with small breasts.
And the ones that are there are all ugly, and the novel reeks of cringe, which is confirmed by reviews.
Drop, and 2/10 for censorship and content cutting.

Love it when lolis suddenly become mid-20s ugly adults through really bad aging processing. Love it when action with the mother is teased the entire game and then never fulfilled. Love it when a loli sister is in nearly the entire game until suddenly yanked, as if aliens abducted her and the rest of the family got a mind wipe. But outside of these tiny flaws in the game, I agree with you.

it's insane that no one has managed to patch ANY of the loli's back into this game. the OG version that has the loli's is also not an option here. meanwhile this sits with the tag "loli" after being reported as not having it. wtf is going on here? can a mod acknowledge this please?

its far more insane to think that is even POSSIBLE.

I've seen that in so many game threads, where people think that just because you have the finished assets from the game that you can take those and create whatever you want from them. Probably a large Venn-diagram overlap between those people and the ones who want to know why updates can't occur every two weeks. Maybe someday AI will advance past the point of just being used to create semi-lewd chatbot avatars and be able to work backwards and create character models out of game assets.
