instead of going cold turkey, maybe try reducing caffeine intake a little bit at a time.

I have thought of this but some sugar free energy drinks are to die for.

Yes I agree. I been cutting it out over time and I do get cravings but its manageable so not such big thing. I also get relax and chill from coffee. Its actually pleasure for me and helps remove that craving for something sweet.

Yah sugar cravings are very easy to balance once you can get over the initial jump of not eating it.





Anyway I hope everyone is having a good day today and not falling for any nefarious jokes or lies.

I FINALLY after about a month was able to get my Comcast email back from when they wanted me to change a password but their texts wouldn't go through. Hours on the phone before, going there yesterday and an hour and a half today. And the probelm was I needed to text their number "START" to GET the texts. But the guy gave me a code to do before. It was an ordeal. Also had to delete nearly 2600 old messages.
