open notepad as an administrator (right click the process, can be done from the home search bar)

select file > open and in the navigation bar that opens copy "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc" and hit enter
you won't see any files right away, select the dropdown on bottom right and "all files (*.*)"

open Hosts, go to the end of the file and copy the following lines
