Actually that's my plan. Just need to figure out some things, maybe even find someone that is ready to life a simpler life, but with modern perks. But that's just optional.

Ok, I've downloaded Stardew Valley, any advice before I start? Like any mods I absolutely should get or guides I should read before starting? No clue what the game is even about.

I don’t think there are really any tips for Stardew Valley. It’s pretty easy. You won’t miss anything either, since there’s no strict time limit like in Harvest Moon. When I played, I only discovered an event in my fourth year that most people usually see in their second. So just relax and enjoy it.

Playing it makes me want to min-max my farming, like people who get hooked on Factorio, always thinking “just one more turn.” Even though I haven’t actually played Factorio, I can imagine it’s even worse than what I did in Stardew Valley.
