Whatever, really, i haven't watched tv or shows in years. But anime is a whole different thing. I am willing to try whatever people recommend.

BUT, it would be nice to start off with shorter shows though.

hmm okay series wise as a start full metal alchemist brotherhood might be a really good start. Death note, Naruto and Attack on Titan are high on most people's list. Demon Slayer although its not over yet. Movie Wie there is a lot I would say most Ghibli movies would be decent but would recommend going for Makoto Shinkai's stuff (Your Name, Weathering with you, 5 centimeters per second, Garden of words) starting with your name. Would also recommend cyberpunk edgerunners i you have played the game it better or arcane if you ever played league of legends. There is a lot out there if you ever have a certain genre I'm sure I could help find something.

I've been thinking of getting into anime, in terms of genre anything but horror (for now). Ive only watched godzilla animes. That is it. I'm not watching one peice idc if its only one season that i think just ended?

i did watch dragon ball z and some dorimon? Derimon? The one with the blue cat talking cat. Only a few episodes of both shows when it was on cartoon network. But i fell of them rather quickly. What do yall recommend. Oh i did watch the deer girl anime though. I liked it.

Any genre is fine as long as it isn't isekai.. My go to for a new anime watcher are silent voice and trigun(the 1998 or the stampede, either are good but I like the old one more) or fist of the north star, if you don't have time just watch the movie(Fist of the North Star: Legend of Kenshiro>Legend of Raoh – Death for Love>Legend of Yuria > Legend of Raoh: Chapter of Fierce Fight>Legend of Toki) total of 5 movie.

So you want the emotional damage from a too soon ending series earlier? Fine choice.

Hello Everyone and Happy Friday.

Hello Lucid, happy Saturday!

I've been thinking of getting into anime, in terms of genre anything but horror (for now). Ive only watched godzilla animes. That is it. I'm not watching one peice idc if its only one season that i think just ended?

If you wanna start off light go with some Ghibli movies( Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, Etc.) For series I'd recommend Death Note, the first and second season of Sword Art Online, Zankyou No Terror/Terror in Resonance(I always knew it as zankyou no terror), and Edgerunners.

I liked Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell, and Ajin Demihuman.
Despite posting NGE memes, I barely can watch it, due to Shinjis cringe.

Cowboy Bebop is the shit, can't believe I almost forgot all about it

Trying to catch up on some of these conversations can be tough. Seems someone broke an elbow?

I went to bed, there's 4 new pages.....

Also do you mean the Netflix show death note?

I kid...but i heard it is not the most awful live action adaptation.

Never ever watch the live adaptation of death note, awful stuff.

Glad I wasn't the only one.

I somehow fucked up your plug in for drag and drop media inserts.

My video folder contains about 10.500 files. Of course theres many videos with llamas with hat videos by pure chance.

Hmmm, I don't know about pure chance, seems pretty sketchy

Thanks for reminding me about Ghibli. Maybe I will binge watch it later. According to my "last modified" data I seems I'm hoarding Studio Ghibli stuff since 2010.

Damn, yeah spirited away was my first and will always be my favourite Ghibli movie.

Cyberpunk Edgerunners was kinda meh with that predictable ending.

Predictable, yes, but it was kinda on point for the cyberpunk theme.

Also your gif didn't upload properly
