Genuinely don't understand it. But i guess i have (possibly) some small amount of trauma from childhood so maybe that adds to my panic and dislike? I pretty vanilla though. I have to be able to move my limbs even if i don't have full range.The panic attack adds to the excitement

Nah don't worry, i am a very honest and self aware person. Even as a kid. I can freely talk about my problems and trauma to whoever. After some death in the family. It made me more "energy efficient" why lie or hide or walk around eggshells if it takes more energy and mental capacity then just being honest and blunt. Of course i do still have a filter and know when i shouldn't say things. But if my brain says its better to be honest, i warn them if they really want me to he honest. Because i am ok with "saying mean things" if it is to help them. People have come to me for realistic and brutality honest takes so i must be doing something right.
