i have been but i was never able to fully self-learn kanji's so i focused more on hiragana before i started taking official classes in college i do know some kanjis like moon(tsuki), sun(nichi), and light(hikari) but i always got confused as to how they work in sentences/words

makes sense! taking actual classes is smart, i just brute forced learning a bunch of kanji via flash cards lol

by the way my online personalities uses the name is sore hikari because of hikari being the first kanji i ever learn its also fun that it makes the name basically be sky light or light sky
