This one helps me. The first one I tried did nothing. My thoughts aren't racing and looping as much and focusing is easier. It's trial and error to figure out what works for you. Everyone is different and there are three subsets of ADHD types.

I find it important to properly "fuel" the nightmares in Lewdsville. Cardio is important for the health of the populace. Wet Dreams and fapping can only accomplish just so much along those lines. a good nightmare will keep that heart rate up there for quite a while, without all those endorphins dulling the effect. Went to another old SWC school (no, not that one...or that one...) and I hated UT with a passion. I think we beat them three out of four years and it was SWEEEEEET! Worked with a bunch of them - the arrogance was off the scale and they were usually in the lower 50% of my colleagues from an intellectual/proficiency perspective. Embarrassed to have that school named for my State.
