I've used spicy chat before. It can be fun, but you have to be in the mindset and contribute to the scenario. It works better if you're treating it like you're helping write an erotic fiction with yourself in it, rather than flirting with a robot.

Honestly, real advice. If you've found yourself drifting away from the things you used to enjoy, set aside some time to do it again. Whether you plan for a day, or even just an hour or 2, plan ahead and tell yourself, "I'm going to do this again because I know it makes me happy". Returning to the things that brought you joy is good for the soul, and I guarantee you'll feel a lot better if you take the time to do that. It's definitely helped me from time to time

already do for almost the same as i start doing it, it just often times it is just so short lived and quickly back to bored, not interested, tired, forgot, or cringed again, maybe it just me that easily get like this

yup, just like if you using any other not nsfw/normal roleplay ai/chatbots, having imagination for the scenario, ability to write it and contributing it to the ai/bot is the way to play with these kind of ai/bot, if not you'll have a hard time and not enjoying it
