What a possible benefit / or curse of all the AI photos drifting about is that people are less likely to believe the "proof of time travel" pictures from before AI existed. I kinda always enjoyed those "proofs" and had more than one long stoner discussions about them with my friends. Public occasions of historical importance would be obvious places for time travelers to visit. -- Now? not so much. Kinda sad in a way.

Of course all of these are easily explained by the addition of one TARDIS

Today, it is impossible to explain certain photos because we have one shot that we can try to explain but without certainty.

Some can be explained relatively easily, such as a punk hairstyle - this is how Cossacks shaved in the Middle Ages.

A potential time traveler would have it easier today - in the worst case, their clothes would be mistaken for cosplay.
