If you've never seen the 1990's Berserk, you must. It's among the greatest. Other than that, Vampire Hunter D, Black Butler, Samurai Champloo, Ranma 1/2 (I prefer the OG, but the new one is solid too,) Ghost Stories (English dub is a must for this one.) Delicious In Dungeon. I could go on but I hope that's a good start.

Thanks for the suggestions, Ive read the manga for berserk and honestly, that shit was mad depressing so idk if i can convince myself to watch the anime , and ive heard great things about samurai champloo. With berserk I havent felt a pit like that in my stomach since I watched the Cyberpunk anime (goated btw, if no one has seen that yet I would strongly recommend even if you didn't like the game, which is goated too, one of my all time faves).
