Must feel like quite the nice jump. I went from a computer with an Nvidia 980ti, 16gb ddr3 ram to a computer with a 4090, and 32gb ddr5 ram when my old computer FINALLY started bsod'ing and I had to pull the thumb out of my arse and get a new one.

Gotta think about that -- if food poisoning were really that big of a hazard how come India is the most populous country in the world?

For me the first were from months ago. Though I filter that it has to be Renpy and not KN. Also - I filter in vaginal sex and filter out 2dcg, sandbox, futa, any ntr and blackmail.I don't know what to tell you :/ But here's a pic of what i get in case you wanna check for a latest update game. Seems there hasn't been much updates, or it's gaslighting me too with the time

Damn, looks nice!
Just for future, you wanna put a little more effort into those posts jmjm, a simple "hi" like that could be seen as low effort, and get deleted.
You might wanna look at these links, roll the tape!
"Hello jmjm and welcome to the thread.
Take a moment to read through the very first post of it, then take a stroll through the university.
Both places have some good to know info.

Hello all, enjoying this free for all thread.
I've been working on fat loss for months and finally have a place to write out what I've found to work
1. Cut out all the sweets, cakes, alcohol, chips, etc from your diet for one week. Everything else stays the same. Just don't eat that stuff for 7 days. This will train discipline later on when shit gets hard
1a. Start walking at least 10 mins each day. Step counts don't really matter. Just set a timer or something and at some point during the day take 10 mins to walk.
2. After that first week, use a calorie tracking app (chonometer is great) and track everything you eat, doesn't matter what or how much, for 2 weeks. This will train you to pay attention to what you're eating.
Now the hard part
3. Take the avg/day for what you ate those two weeks and cut it by 200/day and increase your time walking (or running if you're more advanced) by 5-10 minutes. Whatever your body can handle for another 2 weeks
3a. Incorporate more beans, frozen veg, fruits, and poultry in your diet so you're not hungry
4. Drop another 100 calories/day, so 300 total and get yourself up to 30 mins of walking/running a day and continue this for....as long as you can. At least 3 months. You should be losing at least a 1lb a week.
