There are Cooldowns on giving Likes and comments after a specific amount Depending on User Group. However, you wont have cooldowns after a single comment on a thread, especially not with mem+ and in the Off-Topic Forum.
and honestly, the spam you have to commit, to get one of those comment cooldowns to trigger is quite high.
so "Cooldowns" are definitely not the Reason your Thread is slowing down.

Depends on you tbh, go slow enough where it does not seem desperate, and wont constantly be in the latest replioes section with just you commenting, but also dont wait too much, because you might miss the wave of members that would maybe be interested in such a Thread.

1. Congrats on that cool signature, i like it (in theory, see 2.)
2. i'm sure i am not alone with that but: i hate scrolling signatures, it distrubs the flow through the pages because every time i come to one of those posts, like yours now, i'll need to move my mouse which i usually have somewhere center-ish of the screen ... just saying. You know how you can get much faster to P1 and why you should? P1 removes the cooldown for your reactions, so you can spam reactions to others really fast, which in return will earn you reacts when you post to a higher degree.
All that is of course easier if you are following the way of sleaze.

By using the sleaze-react you show that you are not a slave to suffocating conventions and prejudice as many others who see sleaze as something negative. We are after all in the lewdest of corners here, and admiting to be a sleaze means to be free. And we sleazers watch out for each other, so if you were a sleazer and used the sleaze react regularly (not exclusively, we recon that it isn't the only or always fitting react) you might find a fellow sleazer who helps you out with a few coins after reaching M+ (which you'll have to earn on your own, but that's just a few days if you are slow) to get yourself faster to P1.

Sleaze is the way.
