Not a fan of pineapple on pizza, tried it once and didn't think much of it, but I generally believe most people like most food as long as it's prepared the correct way for them.
Have you ever tried Pineapple on pizza?

I probably could like vodka - and I really want to like vodka - but -- there is always a "but" when I was 19 I drank half a quart of vodka straight from the bottle in 15 minutes on a dare. I vaguely remember running naked down the street shortly afterwards to prove I wasn't drunk. I woke up on the bathroom floor in a pool of puke -- luckily my brother had found me there and rolled me over so I wouldn't drown. I hate vodka to this day -- followed closely by Mezcal that I bought on the roadside in Mexico (same reason)

As the decades have passed and I have matured I have learned to appreciate one or two drinks made with both. Moscow Mule or Vodka Gimlet with vodka and of course Margarettas but in general -- Lessons learned and never forgotten.

Is that a home made pizza recipe? I've never really looked for fried beetroot on pizza, so I could have missed it, but I don't think I've seen it offered as a topping before.

There I agree, raw tomatoes are not good, they can be hidden in a salad and I'll eat them, but the way some people eat them like apples with salt? no thank you.

Good one, though the games aren't hosted on the site, so it's good on that point from my understanding. Nintendo would need to go after the devs for those balls

I tend to pick the grass starters as well, likely because my favorite color is green and because my kids picked the other two. For Pokemon Shield I did pick Scorbunny.

You'd think I'd pick water more since blue is my favorite color, but nah, always been drawn to the more naturey pokemon. Interestingly though, my all time favorite starter is Blaziken, which is neither grass type nor blue. Favorite grass starter is Bulbasaur, favorite grass type in general is Bellsprout. Why Bellsprout? Dunno, they look like such a derpy pokemon.

I had the same story (not running naked, but the dare and instant drunk) with tequila. It was more than ten years till I was able to drink tequila again.

Reading your bad alcohol stories and seeing how many people drink in general. Did all the horrible stories and deaths caused by alcohol not stop y'all from drinking? I've never drunk any alcohol since I thought about all of the drunken driver and abusive father stories. I do know that drinking is dropping in general, but are stories and the media just bad at influencing people not to drink?

Reading your bad alcohol stories and seeing how many people drink in general. Did all the horrible stories and deaths caused by alcohol not stop y'all from drinking? I've never drunk any alcohol since I thought about all of the drunken driver and abusive father stories. I do know that drinking is dropping in general, but are stories and the media just bad at influencing people not to drink?

I think that when you are drunk, the real you, without the limits imposed by society and yourself, emerges.
When I'm drunk I feel happy (or sleepy) and want everybody to feel happy. I dance, and have fun. I tell people I love them, and sometimes I kiss people (always consented). Never, not even once, I've become someone violent or abusive. I never, ever, drive under the influence.
So I think it depends on the person.
