Reducing my cola intake: new year's resolution since 2010.

Well, the problem is that it's just an average drink for you. I made it something like a "reward" drink, limiting the intake and increasing the happiness it brings)

Me and the wife were just talking about ordering pizza for a late lunch so the whole family can enjoy once the kids get home.

Drank it since I was a kid)
Now I just buy it and keep in the fridge and drink whenever I feel good (which is quite rare, but still often enough for me to buy a 2L bottle every 2 weeks), keep it being my "happy beverage" instead of routine drink.

I also drank a lot of cola when I was a kid. Everyday. Now I drink, maybe, a glass once every three months, when there's a bottle on the table. And that's the only sweet drink I have at all.

Besides soda is too sweet for me. I really can't drink it. And alcohol, well, I like the taste. For example, I like to drink vodka really slowly, keeping the alcohol in the mouth, just savoring it.

Once you stop drinking soda frequently, it doesn't taste as good and is easier to avoid. Like it or hate it, that's the effect sugar has on your brain.

Wow - I love this theme. Picking out my favorite pictures for this was like picking out my favorite child.
