I really have no idea. I've only ever lived in places that are considered hot. 120F if it's really dry, 100F or lower if it's humid.
This is, of course, talking about AC conditions.
I think one of the worst parts of living in a "No AC" environment with 100F+ weather, is trying to go to sleep.
If we are talking about going on a hike, now that's a different story altogether, and that's stopping at something like 80F.
I think the best judge of this question is someone who works outside doing something like construction.

For this one, think about what kind of fun shenanigans our characters might get into during a sleepover.

- One image entry per artist. You can include extra images in a spoiler, but your contest entry image should be on its own, outside of a spoiler.
- Entry image should be sent directly to me. Please start up a conversation with me. Images will be posted in the real version of this thread.
- Avoid often-avoided kinks (scat, waterworks, etc.) as we'll be asking people to vote on these.

What kind? I've got a logi rollerball - never had problems with them before, but after I'd had my new laptop for a little over a year, and after an update, it started doing something similar. It won't always register the click if I'm trying to fast forward or stop a vid, and the cursor will alternately jump to the bottom left and then to the top left every half dozen clicks or so. I was wondering if an OS update (windows) did something that screws with the drivers. Looked to do a clean upload, but there isn't one specific to my mouse, just the "class" of mice. This is the third one I've had - the contacts for the roller ball eventually lose sensitivity after three or four years. This one is only about two year old, though, so that SHOULDN'T be the problem, but who knows. Hope you figure out what's going on with yours. Maybe try to see if there's a specific driver and upload it. Things sholdn't be that sensitive and tech this mature shouldn't be so damned prone to glitches, but I think they're designed that way now.
