It does kinda sounds like that... but its actually Gesundheit, like diry36 already answered.
Gesundheit is a german word commonly used by english speakers like many others. Another famous one is Kindergarten, which means childrens garden.
Doppelganger (Doppelgänger - Double Walker) and Schadenfreude (Harm Joy) are other very well known.

However, it is not to be confused with Guitentite, (Good-and-tight) used to describe German girls.

Is war actually beneficial to the working class? Im talking about the mutual destruction type like WW2. After the war middle class prosperity was higher than ever, and has been in decline ever since with the roll back to all the laws and programs that made the prosperity possible, now tax evasion is common if your rich though stocks and debt while forcing more and more taxes on the working class. This though came to me when I heard about the war in Ukraine and the rise in wages for things like trucking in Russia

Rise of wages != "beneficial for the working class".
War causes grand expenditure, economic reset and a lot chaos. And, as everyone knows, chaos is a ladder. Lots of people will simply lose everything and die. Which will create opportunities for others to take their places.
And, believe it or not, most of people dying during wars belong to working class.
I'd prefer to slave away at a dead end job, rather than risk everything for a chance in chaos.

I think you are missing the point. Of course war is no beneficial for the working class, but the economic reset and the expenditure that comes with war is.
If governments would spend more in education, health, art and science, like they do in weapons during war times... let's think what would it do.

That would make a lot of people's lives a heck of a lot easier. Does have a downside though, as there's a looooot of jobs out there based around food. I think the monkey's paw of such a wish would be to just grant it as is, when you think about it.

It truly only benefits the working class directly connected to making the war happen. Other working class jobs suffer. Plus, it comes at the expense of human life.
the post-war economy of the 50s was largely around rebuilding from destruction, of which the US got to take tremendous advantage of, and that economy was paid for with a lot of graves.

I'd wish for everyone in the world to have daily access to food and shelter. This is not an unrealistic wish either with the insane wealth that the richest people have.

I actually like this wish better than the "nobody needs food/drink" one. It effectively has the same result, but with much less of an unintended consequence.
