Yes. According to Merriam-Webster.
When English speakers hear achoo, they usually respond with either gesundheit or God bless you. Gesundheit was borrowed from German, where it literally means "health"; it was formed by a combination of gesund ("healthy") and -heit ("-hood"). Wishing a person good health when they sneezed was traditionally believed to forestall the illness that a sneeze often portends. God bless you had a similar purpose, albeit with more divine weight to the well-wishing. It was once believed that the soul could exit the body during a sneeze, causing ill health, so folks said "God bless you" to ward off this danger. Gesundheit, at one time, also served as a toast when drinking (much like its English counterpart, "to your health"), but this usage is now mostly obsolete.

However, it is not to be confused with Guitentite, (Good-and-tight) used to describe German girls.

It does kinda sounds like that... but its actually Gesundheit, like diry36 already answered.
Gesundheit is a german word commonly used by english speakers like many others. Another famous one is Kindergarten, which means childrens garden.
Doppelganger (Doppelgänger - Double Walker) and Schadenfreude (Harm Joy) are other very well known.

However, it is not to be confused with Guitentite, (Good-and-tight) used to describe German girls.

EDIT: Oh and Gesundheit as a toast is only as in "Auf die Gesundheit" never alone.

Is war actually beneficial to the working class? Im talking about the mutual destruction type like WW2. After the war middle class prosperity was higher than ever, and has been in decline ever since with the roll back to all the laws and programs that made the prosperity possible, now tax evasion is common if your rich though stocks and debt while forcing more and more taxes on the working class. This though came to me when I heard about the war in Ukraine and the rise in wages for things like trucking in Russia

Rise of wages != "beneficial for the working class".
War causes grand expenditure, economic reset and a lot chaos. And, as everyone knows, chaos is a ladder. Lots of people will simply lose everything and die. Which will create opportunities for others to take their places.
And, believe it or not, most of people dying during wars belong to working class.
I'd prefer to slave away at a dead end job, rather than risk everything for a chance in chaos.

I think you are missing the point. Of course war is no beneficial for the working class, but the economic reset and the expenditure that comes with war is.
If governments would spend more in education, health, art and science, like they do in weapons during war times... let's think what would it do.
