i think every country has their own version of that, probably?? cause time of sunrise / sunset changes a lot over the year except maybe near the ecuator (dont remember honestly) so you need to change the time so people arent going to work at 8 and its still night outside lol

I feel like they were in a lot more media before.
Is cheerleading even as popular as before in schools? Seeing the comic Bloodheart posted, I'm wondering if its all connected.

This is just my own hypothesis but I've noticed that a few years after I left school cliques really stopped being as hard and fast as they had been. Kid's socializing was based on interests and got compartmentalized so that if you were "popular" and liked X you would talk to "unpopular" kids about X on discord/snapchat/whatever and that eroded social barriers even further. Then bullying started to been seen as more cringe than hierarchy reinforcing and that was the final nail. If the queen bees of the cheerleader group are just anyone and not the no one really cares about it as a thing outside of that specific interest for people participating.

That's a pretty interesting view on the topic, I didn't think about what they really represented socially and how social media would play in that dynamic. The hot popular girl clique of cheerleader's didn't stand test of time.
They're still hot though and I wouldn't mind a resurgence.

problem is, the only people that can keep it going is the people that care. and most people that care about cheerleaders nowadays are horny men lol. so unless we want horny men doing cheerleading then we just gotta hope more girls actually give a shit about cheerleading lmao

I mean Cheerleading is popular in the Philippines and have competitions on the Big Universities here.
They happen before those college atheletes duke it out in sports.
Most cheerleaders are average do not let the AVN fools you.....I like the fencing girls in our college more had a nice tone body.
