discussion Anti-Social & Lurker - Hideout spot

[smite22]

Thanks again - I appreciate you.

Maybe something you or others could advise on: Is there a curated section anywhere with like the 5* rated games or the must plays for each genre? Or a best way to start sifting through the catelogue?

If you go to games folder from the forum folder Adult Games..it has a sort box that can do last update, last msg, rating..etc. You can also input tags for your preference in content

If it had those old meme perk like banning someone from a thread for one day inside one of the three boxes I would buy it haha.

And who would you ban from this thread for one day?

Come to the thread, let the people here know the ture power you behold!

I got one - my prize is that I get all of your interest for the next 30 days! Cool!

If that happens then I will pull them all out just so you get nothing haha

You have any recommendations or all timers?

Also I gotta ask the context of the sleaze emote if you know it haha

IDK but it would be someone active in a thread....then wait for them to start having a good conversation then hit them with it....
Of course I can't target staff...so maybe I will pick a meme fight with regular here then use:

It is a powerful react that gives people the signal to give you the same react back.
It is like a signal to your fellow lurkers here that you are part of something GREATER.
Overall, it is a hilarious react that we use around here.

I’m looking for web privacy tips if anyone here has experience with what to do as a beginner.

I usually don’t post much or think much about who has my data, but interested in maybe getting a VPN especially if there’s a free option someone could recommend.

Also interested if there’s any other good web hygiene to pick up aside from private browsing - like I have seen some ads for opera/opera GX and am curious if it’s a marked improvement, or if there’s a benefit to moving away from standard google search engine, etc.

See all these password and data leaks and would like to at least do the next level above bare minimum for my privacy.

Maybe the wrong place to ask, also open for advice where to ask! Thanks in advance.

Get a password manager and use a different "strong" password for each site. You just need to remember a master password to access your password database.

Main reason why people get "pwned" is they use the same password and similar usernames across many different websites, so if one gets hacked/leaked all their accounts are compromised.

Of course this introduces a single point of failure if you lose your password database file, so make sure to back it up regularly.
