i feel like this rule needs to change

i don't mind a Gif or 2 in fact i quite enjoy seeing them
but i can see the need for the rule
too many channels become flooded with them and causes people to miss the actual conversations

say no to GIF overload

plus then i would want to get into a GIF war and i would fail
i dont even know how to make one
