Is it about the comment that said women are much less likely to play video games? It is inaccurate but I don't think it's meant to be offensive. Playing games (especially sex games) is not exactly a source of pride or something you'd spontaneously tell to strangers IRL.

I've known gamer girls IRL for ages at this point. Basically all the friends I made in school and at conventions played games to some degree or another; my mother in law actually met her husband through online gaming. The ratio is not as skewed as people think, but most girls don't exactly engage in online chatter, for obvious reasons.
