It’s ambiguous phrasing.

Given that the next part was "IF you already have those two then no free coins", i.e. you need to have both to stop being eligible, I interpreted it that way.

Again, though, I’m probably not the intended audience since I chose not to get P1 to speed up P4 acquisition. Asking was really quite shameless of me.

I was thinking you were talking about the former one, that i still use for most of the memes edit i do.

For the loli one, i decompose the original gif into individual frames, then edit them one by one (well not really one by one because there were repetition of the same frame), there is probably a more effective way to do it.
