I was thinking you were talking about the former one, that i still use for most of the memes edit i do.

For the loli one, i decompose the original gif into individual frames, then edit them one by one (well not really one by one because there were repetition of the same frame), there is probably a more effective way to do it.

Honestly, I thought they came from the same edited character hahaha, and I thought that the gif you have as your profile picture came from there and not from an anime...hence my confusion when I saw that it was an anime.
