Well the thing is that there are to main ventilators, one in the basement and the other on top of the building. This Fker decides to move all his home workshop to the closet in the parking lot. his parking space is near those basement ventilators so he drops a box full of nuts, nails and others things right above the bars that lead to these ventilators because he left the boxes leaning against the wall that protects it
