Doing my bit to help @Sarya educate Lewdites. On this day in history --- The first ever expedition to reach the Geographic South Pole was led by the Norwegian explorer Roald Amundsen. He and four other crew members made it to the geographical south pole on 14 December 1911, which would prove to be five weeks ahead of the competitive British party led by Robert Falcon Scott as part of the Terra Nova Expedition. Amundsen and his team returned safely to their base, and about a year later heard that Scott and his four companions had perished on their return journey. The sucker had everyone convinced that he was going to the North Pole because he was worried about being beat.

On the topic of exploration, interesting cartography fact. Some paper map companies will have a small, intentional, inaccuracy. This is done so that they can tell if another company stole their work.

Yeah, pretty pricey. But, limited options for the car make and model, and sure, could have saved $100, but for a battery that has only 3 months warranty and much lower amperage. So, tradeoffs.

Eeesh. Sorry to hear it Hex. Hope things improve for you! Cars are fickle things. I keep losing tyres... No idea why. Don't even drive that much.
