Ooof, that usually means rent raise or them trying to sell.

It wont. At least the sell part. (some kind of social housing. As long as we're paying rent, they can only sell it to us - with a nice discount = that's why they will never sell, even to us haha)
The rent on the other hand ... it will be like every past years : maximum legal raise
(and last year, they were proud to sent the notice saying it was not that much because of laws, we should be happy !)

When you ain't got no money (L-Coins), you gotta get an attitude.

Palpi nailed it like I nailed your mom last night.
- It's an option that is turned off by default, nothing is getting watered down and you don't lose anything with it.
- It affects a very small portion of an otherwise "fun" game some people would've otherwise had a hard (hehehe) time enjoying.
- Stop crying about included accessibility options because they don't affect you.
- If there are accessibility options that you need, don't hesitate to bring them up with developers. There's a lot of stories about games including them because people reached out. Color blindness, deafness, controller and customization support for people with missing hand(s).

Hey there! I haven't gotten the chance to really play much of the demo yet, but from what I can tell it feels very much built upon the style and ideas Capcom did with World.
Very cinematic and story focused with a Westernized feel.
As for the game itself, it looks great, the character creator seemed really in depth, the first experience with the mount system was pretty on rails but I imagine that opens up more. I mostly checked out how the usual weapons I used felt and changed on a practice dummy but hopefully I will get the chance to play a bit more later today and really get a feel of the gameplay.

I also thought this was silly. I get not liking spiders but a setting to censor them is wild. lol.
I've seen a few games with spider censors. I'm not sure why that one has gotten traction.

I'm just glad there was not a nipple slip in this gif otherwise we would not have seen it!
WTF - I know there are rules of what can be posted on here but how the fuck can a 'real life' nipple be upsetting anyone?
Who's going to take that to the authorities and report they have seen a nipple on the internet?
Come on moderators, this is supposed to be an adult site FFS!
What about topless men? After all they have nipples?!
Its becoming a bit of a joke on here. Why not ban all imagery and be done with it or just shut the fucking site down?!

Surprised this one did not get removed, these are real tits belonging to a real woman who's face is visible!
Again, thank God there was no nipple slip, that would have been absolutely outrageous and there could have been a mass exodus of members here leaving in absolute disgust!
It's amazing how much power a nipple has. The underboob, side boob, and cleavage are FINE, but that center circle... whoa!!! Watch out!

Oh well, I've a backlog the size of a rockstar ego. It will help me forget for a moment that a new ME is in developement.
I do hope the ME sequel doesn't fall to the same sins. Seriously, it's like the new generation of writers have no idea how to write. The review for the new Dragon Age talks about how there is zero subtext. Everything is either stated by the characters or doesn't exist. Terrible writing! Terrible voice acting! HR approved interactions! Seriously, Drama = Conflict. No conflict in your story, no drama!!

Oh, that's a discussion we can definitely have right now. The main issue with game difficulty that most people have is that the question of "How difficult you want your game to be" is presented to you explicitly, and before you know how difficult the game itself is. You have nothing to measure or compare against, other than past experience, and that's a shitty situation for those who don't have that past experience.

There are a lot of games that have implicit difficulty, or the one that you as a player can adjust on your own. For example, you can choose how much potions you carry with yourself into battle, whether or not to go for golden stars or other highly-hidden items that require special skill to achieve. Sometimes, games allow you to pick and choose which goals you want to achieve, by making more challenges that you're required to achieve (think stars in Super Mario 64 or strawberries in Celeste). Game Maker's Toolkit (GMTK) has created a couple of video-essays about this topic on YouTube, I'll link to one here:

As I said I'm not optimistic about the fate of ME. Not even the teased return of Liara is enough to earn my trust.
I agree with your take with the current generation of writers. And that goes for other media too. I can't believe how many projects have been botched by various media company. Netflix, Amazon, Disney, you name it.

That is true. Witcher is the perfect example.

Damm right!
That should have been the easiest slam dunk ever. Esablished multimedia franchise. Impossible to fail, right? Instead they pissed off the fanbase and, even worse the only star in the cast. Pure genius.
Another good example is Amazon's Wheel of Time. You have the rights to the most popular fanatasy series of 90s early 2ks. Lots of material to draw on... should have been another easy win. Instead they alienated the fans of the books and still managed to come up with a mediocre product. From costumes to directing to onstage drama...

Especially with AAA games where they put absurd ton of money in thing players dont want ... If they used a tiny part of that waste into developping a flexible difficulty system, this would not ever be a topic !
As a software developer, let me tell you, it will not take a small amount of budget to implement such a system. It won't be deal-breaking, and it will be somewhere in the single percentages compared to the overall expenditure, but it will not be insignificant, and I don't want people getting out of this discussiuon the idea that it's trivially easy.

In fact, it's not. Apart from having game designers and architects having to think of actual ways to implement this (which is a tall task on its own), but then you'll have to implement the logic of it, which is going to take thousands of human-hours to achieve in any kind of effective way, at least in the case of a large game like CoD, as you've mentioned.
Easier than that, for 2D games like platformers, the game could automatically (with a setting to enable it or not) make ennemies slower when players fails a certain amount of time. Even for more casual gamers, it could enable the ability to have a "bigger" jump (or semi-assisted) after several fails ...
Speaking of 2D platformers, there's so much stuff when it comes to making sure the game feels "right" to a human. The approximations that a developer needs to intentionally implement that break from the precise, binary "it either works or it doesn't" kind of thing. They're not easy to think about, as this is a kind of a design challenge where figuring out what you're missing and how can it be improved is the entire point of why it makes it so difficult. Once you know the solution, it's vastly more easy in comparison to implement, since you already can imagine how this system would work, and all you need to do is dial in the numbers.

Here's a GMTK's video about how Celeste made their platformer experience so good:

Ah, yes, let's buy a bunch of gaming companies expecting immediate returns, and then not get immediate returns because creativity doesn't take a single year to manifest into a good game; and Concord is a decade too late to the party.
