I might just have had an epiphany, how about instead of water we use the whiskey for brewing the coffee?

Depends on the setup. I've seen a guy use a small mocca stovetop brewer for distilling mash into moonshine, one (or two) shot glass at a time...

It was the cutest little distilling operation I've ever seen....

Fun coffee fact: the Japanese found a solution for this in the 1600s, coldbrew / koyoto style coffee. This type of coffee gets made by putting ground coffee beans in water, and leaving it for a day. After that you strain it and serve it over ice.

Then you can deposit you coins in there, every 24 hour, a "Collect interest" button appears, click it and you get 2% of what's in there.
Everytime you deposit the timer resets the 24 hours, so it's best first to collect then deposit.
Or deposit, then witdraw the amount you need.
