A lot of movies get confirmations, most of them don't come out anyway, if it does it will many years from now. Though I do hope for the best with it, I love me some space balls

i am hoping spaceballs 2 will never happen. great things do not need sequels and franchises, but of course considering how much they sell (just look at star wars) combined with how many peopel love one thing and think more of the same is good or will sate it. when alot of things would do so much better if standing on their own without needles extending. but hey i guess i should be glad it is not a spaceballs "modern" re-imagening.

I feel like its coming to a head in cinema and tv shows, people aren't liking it. Eventually it'll shift with a show/movie that doesn't care and makes something similar or new, that pushes the boundaries.

It's not a new thing to do, it's happened all the time. Comedy is all about that, it's just the soft people have a larger platform now to moan about being offended.

Problem is with how a few giants have such control in flooding us with a bunch of crap it gets harder and harder finding good stuff. You cannot control information but you can mud the waters so much people will stop listening and find it difficult to differentiate or know what is true and what is not.

Its that time again friends,
There seems to have been quite a lot of activity on here tonight that I will enjoy reading in the morning.
I seem to share a similar time zone to @Slumdum so a lot of our daytime hours its fairly quiet on here. Then it suddenly comes alive when its our bedtime!
No wonder slum is the back reading veteran. I will probably become his #2 at some point as we both have a lot to catch up on in the mornings
