Well that's what started it all. A customer sending 20 emails about issues with tools we sent them. But it was mostly stupid shit like oh a sliver of paint chipped off. This box doesn't look like that box. Shit like that.

Like you said that's some dumb stuff, boxes don't need to match, paint sometimes get's chipped during shipping.​

Because that thread was just an older version of this one same craziness but with more pictures, and it has about 7500 pages and counting. Thats why people are saying a wiki would be amazing so people could go read the recap there instead of having to read through everything. Because this is both threads in gif form
