Yep. I found a video on how to do it, though. Someone told me that I should wait for a "discount day", but I wasn't sure what that was. I guess they give discounts on certain days.

It says currently there is a 20% discount, but when I click on "SHOP" then try to buy the rank, it still says 750 LC Coins. Am I doing something wrong to get the discount?
Do I need to put in a promo code, or something?

Oh, it is far more than that. The Minecraft movie looks god awful, the casting is just the tip of the iceberg. I don't understand how these poorly written piles of shit keep getting green lit.

Yeah, I used to go to every movie I wanted to watch, but now tickets and popcorn are like three whole days worth of salary. No way I'm spending that much.

I don't think anyone here expects the rest of us to pay top dollar for a single viewing of movies when there are options

Target audience matters too. Pokémon (and maybe Minecraft, remains to be seen) can get away with it if they target their movie at kids who will just enjoy seeing Pikachu. Some adults are like that too but usually are fans of properties aimed more at kids anyway, they're not the Borderlands fanbase.

This, a lot of people kind of forget they might not be the target audience. Or even adjacent.
I also agree that many times the studios will just throw shit at a wall expecting it to stick because the wall is caked from the same shit over and over and it just doesn't.
Who knows with this one. I expect it'll make its money back at the very least.

I have to admit my dog is lots of times smarter than me...

combined - my two dogs weigh 260 pounds -- usually they are pretty good -- but if they want to go someplace (coyote / deer etc) they are definitely walking , running, dragging me .
