Edit: it amazes me how you guys can eat that amount of food. I think I can survive 1 week with a serving of this dish.

Jambalaya Spaghetti Pie Recipe​

• 2 Tbsp. clarified butter
• 1 cup chopped yellow onion
• 1/2 cup chopped celery
• 1 cup chopped red pepper
• 1 tsp. kosher salt
• 1 tsp. ground pepper
• 1 precooked andouille sausage link, about 6 ounces, cut crosswise into 1-inch thick pieces
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
• 2 (8-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly-sliced
• 1 (14-ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese, divided
• 8 ounce dry spaghetti
• 2 large eggs, whisked
• Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

On one hand i understand the reason for "hiding" it, on the other hand, i dont think the requirement of 750 coins is justified. People that want to chat will chat without the need to force them. The ones that dont want to, will only force themself to chat, so they can get the needed coins. I am an example of that. Trying to create a "community" by "forcing" people is just stupid imo. But thats me.

The point is to delay things, not just by weeks, but by months.
Note that this site has less extreme content than most yet is more targeted. We can't explain that.

But lets start with what WON'T work with this system:
A-It won't stop alphabet soup agencies from paying money, getting access, and looking at the content.
B-It won't stop rich assholes from doing as per A-, and looking the content.
C-It won't stop patient assholes from commenting, using the bank, getting LC, and looking at the content.

What DOES work with this system:
A-Stopping new puritanicals that hunt sites, finding this one and causing trouble on day 1.
B-Stopping old banned LC members from being able to make a new account and cause trouble on day 1.

Are there loopholes / problems? Plenty.
Now, people can argue all they want that it won't work. And maybe they're right. But that's what the site mods have come up with.
Keep in mind, the mods are doing this for free. They get too much grief? They'll just shut this site down and I couldn't blame them.

Yep you are correct - there is a world of difference between the books and the movies -- same thing with withe GOT

Haven't seen GoT, but read the books. The woman I was dating just before the series came out had a couple of them, so I read those and bought the rest. I think GRRM decided he thought he'd be clever and unpredictable by doing things contrary to most story telling (i.e., killing off all the people most readers want to live), but after the first two or three deaths, he became predictable - he was too clever by half.

He also seemed to find favorite phrases to overuse in each book.

Overall, I enjoyed the books, but I suspect we may never get the series finale in written form, and if we do, it will be an edited together bit of dreck derived from the scripts for the portions of the TV series that went beyond the books already published.
