We need AI judge Ai consel AI prosecutor hahaI'm just imagining a scenario where one lawyer has an AI write his brief and it adds fake cases, and the opposing lawyer has an AI analyze it which makes up details about those cases. Then they get to court and have no idea what each other are talking about.
Tell that to the admin who pulled out 2 million haha use @ if you want just don't blame me if you summon someone angry haha
Common-law marriage, also known as non-ceremonial marriage, sui iuris marriage, informal marriage, de facto marriage, or marriage by habit and repute, is a marriage that results from the parties' agreement to consider themselves married and subsequent cohabitation, rather than through a statutorily defined process.I don't even know what is common-law marriage. What's the differente from a regular marriage?![]()
Beware all those who claim that they are completely sane. There is no such thing, we all have our quirks and our ability to recognise that not only are we not normal but no-one else is either is what keeps us grounded. The 'completely sane' are just a hairs breadth from snapping completely.I have never. Truthfully.

Just imagine the AI lawyers and asking each other questions in order to "break out" of the AI filtering. The same way you were able to do with ChatGPT to bypass various filters by asking it to imagine it being allowed to say certain things and telling it to act as that new identity who isn't limited by these limitations.I'm just imagining a scenario where one lawyer has an AI write his brief and it adds fake cases, and the opposing lawyer has an AI analyze it which makes up details about those cases. Oh damn I didn't know that. I really would have expected a lawyer to know better and do research before using these things. The article is from last year but I'm quite sure even back then it was already known that these tools are known to hallucinate.AI in court has happened

Lawyers are about 10 years behind on tech usually, judges 20.Oh damn I didn't know that. I really would have expected a lawyer to know better and do research before using these things. The article is from last year but I'm quite sure even back then it was already known that these tools are known to hallucinate.
