I'm guessing the jokes won't be as good because too much that wasn't taboo then is taboo now, so it will be less "natural". The good thing about being able to use Michael again is that it takes a lot less time with make up than it did then.
Pretty much. I've had a couple of versions, but my favorite was in a place I now live nearly 700 miles from (over 800 if I want to drive
) and looked very much like that. I may not be a fan of pineapple on pizza (the acid and the cheese don't work together for me), but it's great in a curry dish. Along with the little tomatoes, the sweet offsets some of the heat a little (I usually did true "Thai hot" for Thai food), and the skin was like a little cracker that soaked in some of the curry, but still remained more crispy than soggy. Huge fan of Thai, Vietnamese, Sichuan and many other Eastern Asian cuisines, but if I was limited to only one for the rest of my days, it would be Thai.If you really want to hurt yourself with some spicy Thai, get the "lime beef salad" (yum nua) - no coconut milk or sauce to staunch the heat, just pure, fresh, bright flavors. My favorite place did a version without the cucumber you find in many versions of the dish, which was great for me because raw cucumber and I do not get along with each other.
