There is hormones: trans men take testo, trans women take estro +something to help evacuate testo. Trans women often do hair removal. Then you can do some surgeries too: face and/or genital (i will do face feminization surgery in early 2025).

All those things cost lot of money. In some countries (like mine fortunately) it's paid by social security. In many of them, that's not the case, so you have to take massive amount of money from your own pocket.

We do have free health care system here, and I do think you can get hormones that way, even if there's a lot of bureaucracy, paperwork and waiting time involved, At least it's better than nothing (I could be wrong, though).

I don't like it when some trans people see transphobia everywhere, even in place where there isn't. But i also understand with trans people are so jumpy i mean as you say, there is so much discrimination (really hard to find work or a house for example, i had to return to live with my dad), bullying, sometimes even murders.

It's not just trans. I've seen black people putting everything on racism, autistc people putting everything on ableism and such. It just like the tale of the boy, the sheep and the wolf. The more these people uses those arguments, the more others wil disregard real cases of prejudice.

Also i'm kinda privilege for a trans woman: i mean i'm white, i come from a progressive middle class family... It's even harder when you're poor and black. Discriminations are cumulative.

From the way you talked it seems you have a good relationship with your family, that's already a good thing. I've seen people that the family cut any ties after coming out...

I think we should try to address problem at the root by educating kids with good sex education, gender equality, non violence, but when you say that people say "you're woke".

Here in Brazil people advocate against sex education in schools, saying that this should be taught in home.
And then we see the statistics and majority of abuse happens at home and the victim doesn't even know...

Might I recommend an RPGM game? The "Coceter Chronicles", just sayin'. (may have been abandoned, but there is still a LOT of game to played...)

I'll try to check it, but no promises, though. I drop a lot of RPGM because of the QoL. Hahaha

Welcome to our lurker community!

This community was born out of us lurkers being required to post on the LC forums but it quickly grew into a thriving community of like minded people that wanted their lolis and wanted to help each other out. We quickly realized that we actually got a long, enjoyed interreacting and helping others. In the aftermath and thanks to the LC Staff, the thread was brought back and the community rose from the ashes like a phoenix. What are we about?
We welcome everyone but primarily we are made up of people who are/were referred to as "Lurkers" or "Anti-social". This is a bit of a joke now as we are now the most active individuals on LC.


What will you find here?
You will find friendly people that will welcome you with open arms. We love our lolis and we love our community. We like to joke, talk about this site, lolis, random things, and just have fun.

In the weird logic of patriarchy, trans woman are considered "gender traitor" and as such punish severely. On the other hand, men who dominate current system understand that a woman may "want" to be a men, because they are dominant in society. That's why trans women are often treated a lot worse than trans men.

(I put want into brackets because being trans isn't a choice, if it was one, nobody sane would choose to be one, because it's a lot of trouble and suffering, don't know how some conservative people can pretend teen transition because of "it's a fashion").

Unfortunately the reality of things is more complex. Teen transition is not a fashion, it's a political battlefield from both sides. It has been tried to simplify something that's very complex from one side and rejected or stigmatized from the other extreme. Even the detrans phenomenon is not enough studied, it has been politically used and it's not easy to take objective conclusions. But the reality is that some countries are rolling back their trans politics, because of reports about the detrans grow and teens persuaded to take the trans path with biased diagnosis.

From my point of view, there is not such a thing as the "men who dominate current system", but a complex society tangle of believes, religious, moral and ethical thoughts conformed by the experiences and teachings of everyone of us. The genre politics don't depend on the genre of the politician, but their agendas. It's the people, men and women, who decide in the so called democratic countries who govern them. But, anyway, the presence of women in the parliament has grown in the last decades. Sometimes in an organic way (like Cuba) or forced by law (like many European countries, United Arab Emirates, Rwanda or Bolivia). If you are interested in the evolution of the parity in the parliaments around the world take a look at the link, you may be surprised which countries are more parity proportion:

I don't have problem with men as a whole. I have a fair number of friends who are cis men. That being say, there is also plenty of men who are asshole and as men are dominant, their shit put us where we are here today, in a fucking dystopian society.
