Too many, and also not enough.
*He ain't lyin' gif* just because I don't feel like looking for it.
YOU HAVE A PROBLEM SIR. THE FIRST STEP IS ADMITTING YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.
Says YOU of all people...
Vader is the ONLY badass for the majority of the media.
Unless you count Force Unleashed. Which I don't.
I think it's mainly because he's so imprinted on people's psyche- for a lot of us he WAS the first villain. His appearance. What he said. What he did. James Earl Jones' voice. David Prowse's physique. He was just an impressive villain.
They have a similar mechanic in the new Jedi Survivor game. The shields are used to block off an energy weapon. In the movie, it's a hallway monitor for some reason.
Cal Kestis has to force dash past and through them.
Still seems to me like Obi-Wan could've gotten his lazy ass there sooner. I mean they literally showed "Force Dash" in the beginning of the same movie. It's not like he could've forgotten it.
The shields were lazy writing. The portrayal of Obi-Wan (in that scene) was lazy writing. The death of Darth Maul was lazy writing.
Obi-Wan could've just been incapacitated by "Force Choke" or hit with something and knocked out "Force Push/Pull" and then come to just BEFORE Qui-Gonn dies... IT has and always will bug me.
I don't know when it happened. I just know it happened.
Uh-huh. Even though I neither asked for nor signed up for it?
Oooh, there's an old man I know that's gonna get red in the face when I tell him that one.
Know some proper Redneck's do ya?
The Vader hallway scene did more to portray him as a menacing villain than anything the the first 6 episode movies IMO.
To be fair most of his screen time is him just standing around. The lightsaber duels in the movies are only a fraction of the original trilogy. He doesn't get that much screen time.
Had THAT scene been the opening for a "New Hope", back then, that just would've been cool.
My petition to get my way superseded your wants or needs.
The early bird plays with his worm.
Unless I find a Karen to represent me in a Court of Waaaah.
I think Kubrick was a little mental. It probably helped him make some movies better. But, he also made Eyes Wide Shut.
Which, tbth, wasn't the greatest movie either. It was controversy that put asses in seats for that one- and the UnCut/Unrated Edition that sold DVDs.
Pop tart with butter is catchy! I wouldn't eat that though. Untoasted blueberry poptarts are my jam.
I tried the "Snickerdoodle" ones... don't bother- they just tasted like the Cinnamon ones. Nothing Spectacular. The Banana Bread one was pretty decent, ngl.
I hope you don't think that makes up for, well, anything.
I was thinking- considering it seems like you and I visited a lot of the same dark corners of the "EARLY" web... Stiles, Rotten, Consumption, and host of others I probably cannot think of the names right now...but weren't any better.
It's really kinda hard to find something "shocking" even with just those 3 sites you've kinda see everything- the worst the world had/has to offer- perversion, depravity, debauchery, snuff, death, and everything outside and in-between.
Then we had P2P, newsgroups, the OLD Pirate Bay, and 4Chan... I think all a TOR does now is hide the internet that we saw back then from the users today.
