But I really am curious if these people who say "I prefer entertainment to not have a political agenda" can name some Movies/TV Shows/Games that don't have at least some form of politics.



Just quoting this part to say - I haven't actually seen Season 4, since I've heard it isn't very good. Honestly, I've enjoyed the seasons less as they've gone on. It feels like they just keep attempting for shock value more than having a decent plot. And that only gets you so far.

Genuine question, not meant in any malicious way - If you don't find the forum funny, and you think quite lowly of all of us here, why do you frequent so often?
I mean, the first discussion you and I ever had was you entering the forum and suggesting it was all garbage. Yet, something brings you back?
(If it's my sweet dance moves, you can admit it - I won't kink shame)

As I said earlier, everything can be taken politically so when I say not to have a political agenda I mean it shouldn't be in your face as the entire point detracting from the media itself. I enjoyed The Boys originally as I said it was always left leaning, but season 4 they took it too far that's an example.

It's more that the director said screw it, interjected his full on politics into the show and drawing comparisons. He even went too far for the side of the aisle that agrees with him generally which you can look that up on your own time.

Boredom, pure boredom. It doesn't take long to check into the forum to see if there's entertainment to be had that day when I check to see if there is anything in the "Latest Updates" anyway. I only check in if I don't have anything better to do or get a notification which sometimes I don't bother checking when I get a notification either because it usually a reaction and I don't care about the LC farm grift.

Ah, boardgames is a little different.
I have a collection of almost 200 Board Games. And, when it comes to hosting a game night, that's my job. So, it's also my job to learn the rules and explain the rules well.
The thing is, I wouldn't have it any other way. My ADHD makes it almost impossible for me to listen to someone else explaining the rules. Most people just aren't good communicators of rules, so I NEED to understand them my own way. So, I have to look into them, make sure I've covered everything.

First of all... thank you re: the French description.
I'm pretty much the same way, except being French, takes me forever to get to the fucking point i.e. to explain clearly, let alone succinctly.

Woah woah woah. Now hold up. Me? I'm not purposely annoying anyone. Certainly not my intention. Hence why I add all my clarifying statements such as "Genuine question" or "I understand" etc. If I'm being cheeky, you'll know about it!

Like I said, kinda given up with the Boys. I'll probably watch it at some point, maybe as background watching rather than full focus, but I certainly don't care for "looking that up" haha. I looked up enough when it first came out to read the source material and think it was terrible. So, I enjoyed Season 1 + 2 as improvements, but could already feel it getting old... Shock value does not a plot make.
