I use two, one called translumo and one called textractor. Translumo is much more plug and play and has a simpler ui but both are relatively easy to use, and there's an abundance of tutorials for setting up textractor. Translumo uses OCR which is basically text recognition with your screen as an image, while Textractor extracts the text from the game itself in real time. It's nice to have both as a back up for one another.
