Don't think I've ever heard of The Ramones, but I like Motorhead and Slayer. I'll check them out.

1970s punk. They never got very big but influenced a LOT of bands that did get big from the late 70s to 90s.Don't think I've ever heard of The Ramones, but I like Motorhead and Slayer. I'll check them out.

Disturbed, Nightwish, Judas Priest and Lacuna Coil I guess, I listen to them the most often.Greetings friends.

in less than 2 months Radiant gets "another" abandoned tag

White Stripes and Jack White in general are easily my favorites. But pretty much anything alt and punk are up my alley. Also like some heavier stuff like System of a Down or Slipknot.Greetings friends.

Never got very big!? Think everyone and their mom has at least heard Blitzkrieg Bop and I Wanna Be Sedated at least in passing.

They're collecting abandoned tags like you collect badges.

Not as big as they should have. Of course by the mid 80s they hated each other...

Seems like we got a lot of old heads responding, while all those bands are great and classics, they're all past their primes. Since it seems like y'all like punk/metal/alt music you guys should check out some newer, active bands in the scene and support them! Knocked Loose, Drain, Mindforce, XWeaponX, Trapped Under Ice, Drug Church, Fiddlehead are all bands I've seen live and are genuinely so great if you're into punk. I can also never understate, GET INTO YOUR LOCAL SCENE! I'm sure there are small bands near you in your area making great music in the diy scene.Greetings friends.
