Grok is just as useless. Can't even get it to give me completely sfw images of loli's, or even slightly lewd adults (both in anime styles) without it giving me issues.

It does like artistic more than porn but it does nudity and implications if you know what to prompt. Little lolis holding butt plugs naked, and so on, are possible.

These days I don't think it's required. Might be a little harder without one, but there are definitely many resources to learn it for way cheaper then schools. When I have the time and money, I plan on using Boot.dev to learn Python. Absolutely a degree in programming is essential for this or any kind of high level computing work. Sure, its possible with out one, but then you would need proof you are competent and able to do the job required. A degree is a big thing, and most jobs prefer or require certificates, experience and degrees where applicable.
