Some people, especially on places like twitter make it their lifestyle to actively look for things that offend them and then rally others to get it removed.

I think a lot of them spend a great deal of time looking for things that "trip their trigger" and then pretend to be offended just in case they get busted. The old -- "I had to look for that in case the doggie / horsie didn't consent"
