The prices listed on the forum popup (which you may have closed) have old prices struck through next to them: these prices are a sale from recent prices. Ghost P5 was 175, and P5 was 200.

Additionally, on the shop, if you navigate to page 2, you can see the LC/AC prices for P1/5. You are not required to pay cash for P5: sufficient activity can gain you the 100k+ 'coins' needed.
