Well on a unrelated note "new member".... What's your favourite type of step-incest?
Oh and I'm sure you won't mind the fact I've quoted you without reacting.
I agree whole-heartedly. I've tried to make this argument to people before, but almost no one will listen. But then I'll argue for it and say something like the relationship in Umbrella Academy between Luther and Allison, and get told that I'm crazy for calling that incest (for those that don't know Umbrella Academy, it's a comic made into a tv series about a bunch of children all born at the exact same time to females that weren't pregnant. A crazy rich mogul adopts as many of them as he can as infants and raises them as siblings. TLDR: The two of them were raised as siblings from birth)I know this is several days old, but step-cest is one of my pet peeves: step-siblings are just pure BS ... it's like someone MC could have just met at school or whatever, it's pure coincidence that their parent happens to be with ones own parent ... there's literally no taboo unless there's the part about growing up together 'like' siblings, which makes it only marginally better (if it's from youngest age on i can see some appeal and work with it). Pretty much the same for Step-Aunt/Uncle/whatever.
Step-Mom/Dad on the other hand, now there's some kink in that ... having something with the person your own parent wants/has for them (and i even ignore the cucking part as i don't care about it).
So the answer is: the only acceptable, thoroughly enjoyable step-cest is step-Mom/Dad

and @sand being wonderfully hilarious and beautiful
How Dare you!I'm willing to bet you only love them coz you've never actually met one. If you had you would likely be less keen on them. They tend to be greedy bullies.

I have bipolar depression, ADHD, general anxiety and social anxiety and I'm looking into autism (which I self diagnosed, if that counts). I feel tired all the time, no matter how much or little sleep I get. I do take a sleeping med (along with other meds), which does help get me to sleep and keep me asleep. I went for a sleep study and they said I have minor sleep apnea, but not bad enough to get a CPAP machine. Anyways, I know what it's like and my DM's are always open.T.W.: Depression, Anxiety (don't know if it's actually necessary, but I'll warn just in case)
This is one of the many things that reinforce my belief that I might suffer from depression, anxiety or both: I don't feel tired at night and even when I go to sleep early and get a chance to sleep 10-12hrs I end up waking up extremely tired and sleepy.
Pair this with the fact that when I go to bed, I fall asleep in less than 5 minutes and the morning tiredness just disappears moments after actually getting up from bed, and I'd say it's psychological, rather than circadian disruption
Well...ok here's a long overdue
when did you really feel welcomed here?
frog approved too!As far as I can tell, "Slumification" just happens naturally by hanging around here. Everyone loves Slum and some even praise the Slum...
If you think you need to accelerate the Slumification process, you can get some of these prescribed to you by @Evil Surgeon, after some tests of course...
They are endorsed by both @luciddream and @-Bonk- so I think they work![]()
All this talk makes my tummy hurl... First I was sad but then it came to me. Today's Monday! I finished my soon to be expired doomsday stock and can finally start enjoying food again! Gonna go cooking in some minutes, first need to go through some pages again...It probably tends to be more from the variety of people that have settled here over the centuries, and that we also have several environments where chilis grow well - they were used in Native American cuisine (North, Central and South) well before Europeans got to his side of the world.
While being in Texas does mean proximity to Mexico, the spicier sauces I make tend to have more Asian influence - Thai, Szechwan, Vietnamese - while the spicy foods are from all over. My Cajun style gumbo will heat you up pretty good if I let it get out of hand, my Texas Red chili might hurt you on both ends if I don't temper it a bit, and my takes on Thai/Indian fusion curries could leave you panting for relief.
I think it really boils down to exposure to more than just your local environment - if you grew up in a more isolated part of the world that didn't naturally cultivate chilis (Ohio for example) you might think a jalepeno is an extremely hot pepper when you taste it; if you grew up where I did you'll go "that's nice - now pass the habanero sauce".
And before you get the wrong idea: no, not everything I cook or eat is spicy, though a little chili flake usually makes it into most of my sauces and if there's a green looking pepper in my aromatics, it's going to be a poblano, not a bell. So long as you aren't allergic, a little capcaisin in your diet can have health benefits, so introducing chilis at a level that doesn't hurt you too badly can be good thing.
@Jorund @bear45 Allow me to beI agree with everything you both said.
Me asking that question was a joke as I knew the person I was asking it to agrees with us and has a strong dislike for step-incest.
I'd never ask that question seriously as I normally feel its a stupid question, as step incest isnt incest. However you have both raised very good points about being raised together as siblings from an early age and also the dynamic involved with step parents being involved with step kids, so I can now accept both scenarios as hot too.
Allow me to bedevil's@conzibald advocate here and say... Any hole can be enjoyed. It would be a better world if we would not prejudice hole owners in regards to their ancestry. Step, no step, random hoe from the street, first lady, last samurai, queen of atlantis. Does it really matter in the end?
hmmmm -- tough questi need inspiration!!!
Step-incest absolutely infuriates me and makes me go ??? when I see it labeled incest; I don't care that it's used, I care that people are all "Oh but it's Incest because they live together!111". No, it's not. Adoptive incest is almost up there but at least they get... y'know adopted into the family instead of 'oh no we're suddenly step siblings! I cannot possibly touch him/her!"I agree whole-heartedly. I've tried to make this argument to people before, but almost no one will listen. But then I'll argue for it and say something like the relationship in Umbrella Academy between Luther and Allison, and get told that I'm crazy for calling that incest (for those that don't know Umbrella Academy, it's a comic made into a tv series about a bunch of children all born at the exact same time to females that weren't pregnant. hmmmm Probably the fifth time i got railed by @conzibald and , of course, after I was sent away to the Gulag for 4 days for being naughtyok here's a long overdue
when did you really feel welcomed here?
<3 u slumYeah, no, no one is gonna say that kinda stuff here to people, while I'm on the mod team, plus as far as I know, it's agains the rules to haras each other like that.
So don't worry Kaity!![]()
Thanks LizbellYou'd never be a bother!
![]()
We are all different from each other here, but I'm pretty sure it won't happen. And if it did, oh, leave them to me
![]()
But if you ever feel like that, or feel like there's no one to talk, my dms are always open! And believe me, I promise that anything you could say there, won't ever make me think of you like that
You are certainly no bother. Look how much people missed you and how happy hey were when you popped in today.
No one should ever talk to another member like that, if anyone says that to you or anyone else we'll set Slum and his bat on them.
haha. I'll keep that in mindThank youBut just remember, that also means its your fault for encouraging me to talk, if i everdo or say anything wrong

<3 play nice Laz!!!!If anyone even fucking tried they'd have Hell to pay for it, Kitten.
..and I know I wouldn't be alone in collecting their payment.
The first time was when @Underlord presented me with P1, I think.
Then it was @sand, that made the first GIF with my face in it.
Then a couple of you wrote me DMs, with tips of how to make AI pics (@mime and @StephanieD) or just talking or showing me some interesting pics.
Someone, once, even told me that just likes me, and that was so, so nice.
Yeah, it has been a very pleasant ride, to this moment.
<3 -hugs-This is not gonna happen, like ever. We all love you here.![]()

I had lurked for quite a bit before the coin system was implemented, it wasn't until after that when I started interacting with the community more that I felt part of it. A few members that really made this all welcoming don't post as often anymore around here, sadly.
You're too wholesome to be a bother, and anyone who harasses you for being who you are should bite a curb(I also advise going to their profile and activating the ignore option, I've done that with a few people and it works great).
You're always welcome LazDay one.
Literally minutes after my first post. @goons was the first person to welcome me but very quickly there was a flood of welcoming messages, including a personal message from @Heisenberg after I responded to the automatic message (I thanked him for the courtesy of the automatic welcome message and within minutes I received a DM that wasn't pre-written). Then, of course, @Slumdum and his welcome to the thread and @sand being wonderfully hilarious and beautiful and @Evil Surgeon having fun and being hilarious and amazing.. and those are just the first things I experienced to feel welcome.
Every single person I met just made me feel more and more at home.
This site is filled with beautiful people.
(..all of that on top of what you already know, Kitten. You're a massive part of that too, you know that. <3)
Yeah, we finally have her back!
I'm glad you're here!I am not sure?.. I eh... haven't been here for a long time. It does seem very welcoming though, I'd say, for sure. Slum's cell was comfy. Not that I stayed there for a long - time traveling business you see.
O.O I didn't mean to get everyone all riled up!!!Aight, I heard enough. Where he at?
