Can you bring it here?

by the way the only annoying thing about hapymaher is that its fandisc was never translated because the purple software the visual novel company used different software for the fandisc and so no one has made a translation for it

Wanted to watch it but never found the time, when you finish it tell me what you thought about it!

For a moment I didn't notice it was me and thought there was another Sleaze cat hiding...

It's the time, everyone...
The day of the week you've been waiting for...
Today...

Evening you beautiful degenerates.

Technically good morning, for me, since this backread took forever and family business took more time than usual. Girls had a bad day today but nothing serious.

Tomorrow is movie night for me and mine, so I probably won't be too active until much later (if at all). It's my wife's turn to choose and rather than forfeit her choice (which she does a lot) she chose to watch Shadow and Bone on Netflix. Which means we'll be watching an episode or two together as a family. She seems to think the MC's remind her of us but upon watching the trailers I think maybe she's being a bit emotional and embellishing.

Anyway, hope you all had a lovely day and have a lovely Saturday as well.

Good Morning

Hi there! Enjoy the weekend!

Sup feckers

Greetings to you all.

I was delayed due to abusing my gpu with comfy. I had a great idea for the daily theme but am struggling to get it to spit out something decent.

No worries, I guess that is the reason why @Guz89 keeps my badge still.

Morning Lizzy, awwwwwwwww. I just backread to this gif and it is still the most adorable thing in this thread

It really is an adorable gif.

That's just sounds like a gift... with extra steps
Where are the general public in participation?

"A gift with extra steps" literally describes every kind of reward, Baka - stop being so picky.

As far as whether or not you choose to tackle the challenge and who wants to contribute, well..

My DM's are open and if I get proof or confirmation from my Kitten, every single coin is yours.

Depending on whether or not other people add to the reward pool, you could become pretty rich just for making @KaityCat smile and shed a happy tear.

This will likely come across as harsh and judgmental.. but I have this conversation with our employees a lot.

The answer is:

Do your fucking job.

Anyone that says there is nothing to do is just lying to themselves to avoid doing anything because the truth is that they don't want to do anything.

Look at your doors and windows. Are there streak marks? Grab some Windex and take care of it.

Look at your desks and countertops, is there clutter? Take care of it.

Does your job have a coffeepot, microwave, fridge? Are they clean and well maintained? No? Guess who will be appreciated for taking care of that - YOU.

There is always something you can do. You're just lazy or thoughtless if you think otherwise.

I don't think this is harsh or judgemental, though cleaning is in fact not my fucking job. The company i work for hires a cleaning company which cleans everything about 6 times a day, including the evenings. I also don't have access to any of the cleaning materials, as they are in a locked room where only employees of that company (and our first aid team members, who consequently are also not there in the evening) have access. So if i would start cleaning, i would a tually be done someone else their job.

My job is to solve escalations, which is literally in the name of my department. Due to the fact 99% of my work is Ad‐hoc, management decided that we should not have procedural work, as if something happens we have to act fast.

However, as about 80% of people contacting me do not work in shifts, whenever we have late shift they are not working so our workload reduces significantly.

As I'm in a problem solving department, where we have limited fixed work, if there is no problem, there is not a lot to do.

As for the appreciating of other work, I don't even really get that when I'm actually doing my job, as all stakeholders assume it's just regular work for me, even when moving mountains to fix shit, I don't expect to get any for extra work.

Hell, during my last review it was actually stated that they see I do a lot of extra things and they think that all the work I'm doing extra is excellent and that I'm the most experienced person in the team and they will keep giving me extra work to do as they trust I will do a good job with it, but then turn around and say I'm only successful in role ( which is like just a passing grade)

ill be back later my fellow scholars

If we get real the actual issue with YouTube now is they removed dislike button. It used to be a nice way to identify shit/bad/stupid content. If it had any amount of dislikes it was a red flag for you to process carefully.

Really, it went downhill after Google bought it. Ads, especially those double-unskippible ones - and the adblock detector sometimes not letting you watch if you have it on (fuck that, then I don't watch it.) Censorship, extreme copyright shit, etc. They some years back made me change my Google PW because they thought my utub account was hacked - their solution was to delete my Youtube account.
