Yeah, we I saw that Button prompt come up I missed it the first time because it was only up for a fraction of a second, So I reloaded the checkpoint to restart the fight because I knew that it was going to be something special and I needed to make sure I got since it was something Moira wouldn't ever have wanted to do, getting an achievement for that prompt was nice too lol

As much as I love RE and what it did for the survival horror genre, it's not my all time fav even tho I hold that series in high regard.

Dead Space is my fav and OMG I love that one. DS2 and RE4 my survival horror games.

Also I need Sheva back so I don't mind RE5 remake coming yesterday.

Dead Space was a pretty good series, it seemed like DS3 just completely abandoned the horror aspect of it though, I don't remember being scared in that game nearly as much as the first one or the second one

Lol sometimes Sheva's Ai completely annoyed me, Like on the flamethrower fight she would keep dropping it, and on the last fight she would keep cancelling reloading my rocket which got me killed a few times because I would locked into place

I played Dead Space 3 solo and offline but apparently it had some cool 'mess with your head' stuff if you did the co-op, and probably ideally using voice comms. while using it.

I played DS3 co-op and you can be standing side by side at 1 part and see totally different screen,,,was really trippy

Co-op was dope! DS3 is great cuz you get to flex the engineering aspect of your character in a combat scenario. Having the ability to play with someone AND make your own weapon with nice lil extra things on it was so good and overlooked by people that missed the horror element. You lowkey missed out on some great content if you never got to do the co-op.

That was the same way I played it, completely single player, I don't quite remember the mess with your head in co-op stuff but it does sound vaguely familiar, the part I kinda remember hearing but don't remember if it was true since it has been 12 years since I played it, but

I thought I had heard that John Carver wasn't real and was just a hallucination of Issac, at least in single player

That could have been interesting, I'll have to look up coop gameplay footage at some point and check it out

Did you ever play the Remake of Dead Space? I think they handled that real well.

Damn EA with their weird expectations tho made it to where we won't get a 2 tho..... Fucking EA.

Highly recommend. It was the one that really got me to play other survival horror games so I owe it all to Dead Space and RE.

The Evil Within is another really good one. Both 1 and 2.

I have both Evil Within's on Epic Games as well since they were the free games at one point and I noped right the fuck out of the first one lol, Never tried it again
