Eleven days til Christmas, and my to do list is stressing me out. Do folks enjoy this time of year? Here are my thoughts:

Personally I enjoy the days after christmas, where all the christmas candy is on a good discount, because it's "out of season".
But yeah, I can see how it can stress people out, never has me though, I only have to buy a couple or so presents each year.

Our family always expect us to buy each other presents. I envy you.
Agree the 25th to 30th is the sweet spot. Anything after and you realise where the holidays have gone and soon you will be back at work.

In mine we have a system where, when you're above 18, it's not expected to get you presents.
But for that we have a little pull system were we draw a name of one of us, and have to buy for that person.
So everyone at least gets one.
And me and my sister always buy one for each other at least.

We just like getting presents for each other in my family. We usually just go based on what we can afford.
