Each year that passes for the past like 15 years has felt worse than the one before it, i'm not holding my breath.
I've been working on myself just about all year long, lost some good amount of weight, i was starting to feel good, but now seasonal depression is hitting me and i feel like shit again...

There's nothing to apologize for! You have to express yourself in the moment or place you feel.

Honestly, I don't know how you feel, I only have friends who go through this. And it's a daily battle.
I hope you have people close to you to vent to too.

Got my voice training for free when I took a job where I was told I had to sound unintimidating. 2 years later and clients thought I was a woman when I spoke out of their view. Still accidentally go into feminine registers every now and then when I'm trying to speak quietly.
