I've been working on myself just about all year long, lost some good amount of weight, i was starting to feel good, but now seasonal depression is hitting me and i feel like shit again...

There's nothing to apologize for! You have to express yourself in the moment or place you feel.

Honestly, I don't know how you feel, I only have friends who go through this. And it's a daily battle.
I hope you have people close to you to vent to too.

But if you don't, even if you're talking here to us "strangers in an lewd forum" I hope this makes you feel better in these moments.
