plus why play call of duty when you can play hearts of iron 4

im sticking my dick in those for sure!

Should have realized that it's small enough to fit!

The site has been acting weird for me the last couple of days - did my post end up hitting twice? If so, I didn't notice. I know I hit "POST REPLY" at least once without it actually posting - or seemingly not actually posting. Maybe it actually did. I'll go back and see if I see a double that hasn't already been Mimed or Guzed.

EDIT: Yup - it doubled me... Fixed.

If I hadn't already lost NNN by now, this would have definitely sealed the deal. Holee fugg.

A good lease attorney should help you get the NNN back - if the lease was properly executed it's owed to you.

I wonder how many people will actually get that.

It has to do with this:

"NNN" is shorthand for all of the things you pay to a landlord (typically commercial) above and beyond "base rent" - property tax and common area maintenance are the most common items, but there are all manner of other things that could be included.

Normally not, but just got started on Harem Hotel

Funnily enough, the days it was the cheapest, were before release day. (at least over here in EU)
Pre-ordered it for 499€, and it's impossible to find it cheaper today even on sales ... (from release and for 2 years, was unavailable or only through scalpers at double the price. Then, when it became available again, they increased base price)
Was ready to swap to pro version this fall ... before they announced pricing. Really a shame. We're very close to double the price of base console, 4 years later.

So I decided to stick to base PS5 and keep the money for the Switch 2.

Switch 2 will come, one day, but will come!
The joke is that are some people that was waiting for Switch 2 since, I don't know, 2019? 2020?

I actually never played any of the Mario games other than the arcade ones - Original, Donkey Kong Jr (where Mario was the bad guy) and 3, where he was a beekeeper. Except one time on my cousin's console the original Mario Brothers one. Only console I ever had was Atari 2600, and none were made for. Next thing was a Commodore 64 from 1985. Nothing else until first modern computer Sep 2004.

If you have the chance, I would recommend the Odyssey, I really liked this one
Anyways, you can always have emulators

Well, it's late, so I will be going!
Good night everyone!
