You've had chocolate covered strawberries, right? Well, that's basically the flavor ice cream I have now. Had already taken out most of the vanilla and popped it into a bowl on top of a Little Debbie fudge sandwich cookie a couple of times in the evenings before. Only had Neapolitan because it's the only gallon tub at my store that has chocolate in it. The other two are vanilla or cookies and cream, and it C&C isn't as good for that brand, so I quit getting it.

And it got left out because a few nights ago I was trying to get back to the laptop in time to not push my interest collection again and it was a brainfart. Probably the first time I've done that in at least 10 years.

Actually, the strawberry in Neapolitan is nice. It seems like every other strawberry just has to has little soggy gross strawberry mush chunks inside. Blech
You could still probably blend it, then refreeze to improve the texture.
